"Charm can be deceiving and beauty is vain, but a woman who fears the Lord deserves to be praised." (Proverbs 31:30)

I love this scripture! It just reminds me of what a blessing it is to be a woman of God. We don't have to conform to the wardrobes of this world to feel good about ourselves. I believe that what we wear initially defines what people think about us. God wants our wardrobe to honor Him.

You don't need to dress to get attention-God can make you more beautiful than any fashion designer because He specializes in internal and eternal makeovers. Your favor and beauty will radiate because it is a reflection of Him.

Let your wardrobe reveal His spirit - not your flesh. So robe yourself today like the royalty you are.

Let's seeeee...what to write about??

I'll just update on my life....

Well God has been awesome! This year has been a year of restoration and blessing..and God is doing so much with my family! I love them very much. Mom told me last night that there have been 2-3 people saved just this month at church! :) yay!! and the new care ministries is going over well..and the children's church is GROWING in numbers and the youth group is GROWING spiritually!

Campus Choir has been fun this year! :) We just finished our new recording and DVD. They're getting ready to go the Bahamas in May...but I'm not going..

....I think my dad would rather me pay 500 some dollars for summer school than for a trip to the Bahamas...plus..i see graduating on time as a necessity!!!!!!!!!!..WELL A PRIORITY really..so...

I have an amazing boyfriend!!  I think he is the boyfriend  He is going to graduate school at Emory in Atlanta..He was accepted into their divinity program..He's the sweetest most intelligent person I know...and I'm very very happy!

I cut and colored my hair again...I have the feathered bangs, layers, and red/blonde highlights..both..VERY EXPENSIVE..but well worth it! :) i look preeeeety

I'm moving to Brinsfield apartments in May with Wilma, Kara, and Amanda...the three most beautiful girls in the world...

AAANd..that's all kids!!

Wait on God. His timing is always perfect.

We can be so anxious about many things and He sees our passion for all the plans He has put in our hearts. But just as a vinedresser nurtures the vine and waits patiently for the right moment to harvest the grapes, so too is He working tirelessly to prepare you to bear much fruit.

Don't run ahead of God or try to fly before His plans are complete. Your strength will fail you, and your dreams will wither. Trust in Him that His dreams for you are far greater than you can dream on your own. You will run further and soar higher if you will patiently wait for the season of His blessing!
